In this time of uncertainty, we breathe in the promise of summer and open a new window to hope.
Welcome to our new website! Our site is still under construction: paint is drying in some spaces, others still need walls, but we are excited to move in and make this fresh new space our virtual home. Thank you for your patience and your prayers in the coming weeks as we continue to add and revise our content.
Some new features to enjoy:
- Search function: look for it at the top right of each page. Can’t find what you need? Type in a keyword and let the search function find it for you
- Sharing in Prayer – a new feature on our home page
- Vatican news feed, with continuous updates
- Blog posts, featuring Covid-19 updates and other news
- Main banners: there are three – arrows to the right will let you click between each one
- Home page, with the Journey With Us button that brings you here
- Liturgical Year banner, with a photo that will change with the seasons, connecting you to Events
- Living Our Faith banner, connecting you to the Emmaus Centre and its resources
There will be more features and content to come as we navigate these challenging times of isolation and opportunity.

I would love the brochure for month of June 2020. And July when it comes out. The last one i got was in March 2020. So I can pray 🙏 every day for priest and deacons. It’s on back of the brochure. So I’ll know who to pray 🙏 each day my church ⛪ is our lady of perpetual help church. Pictou landing. I miss going to church every Sunday. please send me brochure so I can pray 🙏 every day who’s on name is that day priest or deacons. Thank you. God bless you 🙏.

Appreciate all the work on the new website, and understand that it is still probably under construction, but just a comment the perhaps may be helpful during construction. Most of us are in rural areas with slow internet. The old site had drop-down menus on the mainpage so that you could quickly access what you were looking for. On the new site you have to go from page to page (waiting for each page to slowly load) to find what you are looking for. Thank you for the opportunity for input.

Roberta, thank you for the feedback. Our new site does have the drop-down menus; roll your cursor over the menu item and the list of pages should appear. It may take a moment, depending on your internet service. Please let us know if this works for you.

I’am on a journey to find out about the Scripture Psm122:6., where we are asked to prey for the peace of Jerusalem & how The Church preaches this passage and it’s promise to the people who pray it. Looked up every version online. Personally I have never heard it taught at church & its Significance.. ? Thank you.
