The successful candidate will organize and categorize existing materials and research and create a video library pertaining to these materials. This will provide a well organized and correlated resource base for our parishes. This position requires proficiency using Microsoft Power Point, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out research on the Internet.
The position is an 8 week term position from Monday July 1, 2024- a statutory holiday – with the first day of work being Tuesday July 2, 2024 and finishing on Friday August 23, 2024.
The hourly wage is $15.20 per hour, working 35 hours per week.
Client Service Clerk, Business Office
The successful candidate will be trained in the inventory and sales components of Sage 50 and our Office procedures and will be required to carry out the following tasks:
· Cashier
· Data entry
· Customer service
· Merchandizing
· Accounts receivable

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Antigonish includes the Roman Catholic Deaneries, Parishes, offices and clergy of the 7 counties of Northeastern Nova Scotia; three counties on the mainland (Antigonish, Pictou and Guysborough Counties) as well as all of Cape Breton Island (Richmond, Inverness, Victoria, and Cape Breton Counties).
