Popular Piety:

For the past year, the members of the Atlantic Liturgical Conference have been involved in a project to educate people on the topic of popular devotions.
In 2001, the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments issued The Directory of Popular Piety and the Liturgy, reviewing the rich diversity of popular devotions that are available in our Church.
Using the information from the Directory, various members of the Conference offered to write on a topic connected with popular devotions.
