GENERAL NOTES:
1.
Fr. Sandy MacNeil
remains a Vicar-General during his tenure; his successor will be an Episcopal
Vicar.
2.
In conformity
with canon law, the Vicar-General, Judicial Vicar, and Chancellor are appointed
without a fixed term. However, there
should be an understanding that these appointments will be reviewed every four
years.
3.
Episcopal
Vicars must be appointed for a fixed term.
In our case the appointments will be for a term of four years. As Episcopal Vicar, the Chancellor will have a
fixed term.
4.
The
appointments to both the Liturgy Office and the Lay Formation Program are also
for a four year term.
